Hi, I’m Sophie — the heart behind the biz. I offer services like women’s and kids’ cuts, color transformations, makeup, formal styling, and more, with a special love for all things blonde (and pink, of course!). I believe that great hair starts with active listening, so I take the time to truly understand your vision. Every appointment is all about you — customized, comfortable, and filled with good vibes (and some sparkles too). Let’s create something beautiful together! Booking Notice: You may book appointments by using the online portal, or texting me. Please note that for online bookings, the appointment will need to be manually approved by me. You will receive an automated message saying the appointment is pending and a second one saying that I had approved it. The booking systems also sends out two reminder texts, one three days before and one the day of. If an appointment is booked same day, the reminder text do not mean that the appointment was approved. Location: I am located at “Sara Hurst Beauty” in the Washington Park Mall, Suite 126. The mall doesn’t open until 10 AM so the front door may be locked from the outside, give me a call and I’ll let you in if you appointment is in the morning. If you come to the main front entrance where you would enter for Bath And Body Works; go through the front door snd down the hall and make a left. Appointments booked after hours, on major holidays, or on days with limited availability are subject to an At Your Convenience Fee. • Fee: $20 or 20% of the total service price (whichever is higher). • When it applies: Appointments starting after 5:45pm, or lasting past 7:15pm; or Appointments starting prior to 10:00am, Fridays, Saturdays, Mondays, or Tuesdays, high demand times (when disclosed,) or federal holidays. • How to book: Please reach out in advance — I’ll do my best to accommodate your request when possible. On the rare occasion that the time is available for booking, the fee will be applied after approved. Cancelation and No Show Policy: I charge a 30% cancellation fee for appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 36 hours notice and a fee of 50% for cancellations or reschedules with fewer than 3 hours notice or no shows. Consultations or complementary services, will result in a flat $15 fee for no shows or cancellations with under 1 hour notice. Payment Methods: I take cash, card, in debt or credit from most providers. For cash, I don’t always carry smaller bills on hand, so as close to exact, the better. Starting November 1st 2025 there will be a fee or 3.5% per credit card or debt card transaction. That fee goes to the card processing system not me. To avoid the increase, feel free to pay in cash.
